Beyond the Rainbow
Elysian Gallery invites artists who identify within the LGBTQIA2S+ community to submit work for Beyond the Rainbow, a juried exhibition celebrating the diversity, creativity, resilience, and lived experiences of LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.
This exhibition is open exclusively to artists who identify as part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Allies are welcome to attend and support the exhibition but are not eligible to submit artwork.
Elysian Gallery is committed to creating a genuinely inclusive and affirming space for all members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, including those who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, pansexual, transgender, queer, questioning, non-binary, genderqueer, genderfluid, agender, intersex, asexual, aromantic, Two-Spirit, and other diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions.
We welcome artwork exploring themes such as identity, self-discovery, visibility, community, chosen family, love, pride, joy, resilience, advocacy, culture, and the many experiences that shape LGBTQIA2S+ lives. Artists are encouraged to share their unique perspectives and authentic stories.

Eligibility
Artists MUST identify within the LGBTQIA2S+ community to submit work for Beyond the Rainbow, a juried exhibition celebrating the diversity, creativity, resilience, and lived experiences of LGBTQIA2S+ individuals.
This exhibition is open exclusively to artists who identify as part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Allies are welcome to attend and support the exhibition but are not eligible to submit artwork.
Accepted Mediums
Painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, mixed media, fiber art, printmaking, digital art, jewelry and other visual art forms.
Excluded Mediums
NO AI-GENERATED works will be accepted.

Size Limits
Wall‑mounted work must not exceed 36x48 inches. (Larger pieces may be accepted with prior approval. Please contact Jeff Bohnert through the gallery to discuss, thank you.)
3D works - Gallery provides pedestals; pieces can be no wider than 22" and no taller than 36" on pedestals, BUT Floor installations can be taller. No ceiling installed pieces are permitted. Artists MUST provide their own mannequin or display if submitting jewelry or fashion design.
Submission & Acceptance Fees:
- Submitting artwork is FREE.
- Artists may submit up to 4 pieces for consideration.

Commission split: 65% to the artist / 35% to the gallery.
